Retiring more than 3 times and returning in less than 2 months results in in-eligibility to re-apply (blacklist).Â
Community wide bans may only be approved by Director+.
Staff members who say derogatory statements in our server, or an outside space (Direct messages, other servers etc), will be punished depending on severity as they represent us.
Those who voted for a SSU must be in the server 15 minutes after the session started. They may be warned if they are not in by that point, but if the vote lasted for over 45 minutes they may not be warned.
Server Shut Downs may be approved and sent by Management+
Staff may use a mobile device to moderate as long as it does not impede their moderation abilities. If the use of a mobile device is found to prohibit them from properly/fully moderate then they should be asked to use a different device or terminated from the staff team.
Melonly LOA applies to in-game. This means that (without requirements) discord punishments and actions (Internal Affairs and Discord Punishments) may still be conducted even while on LOA.
Max length for regular LOA is 2 weeks. Special exceptions may be created (only accepted by BoD) and must be done via a Management Ticket.
Staff punishments remain even if a user retires or is fired. The only way they can be removed is if they are revoked and/or successfully appealed.
Internal Affairs punishments cannot be stacked unless explicitly allowed by a Board of Directors decision.
No staff member may be on shift if there are less than 5 non-staff players in-game. If a mod call comes up you may turn your shift on momentarily.
Retiring in an attempt to avoid a punishment (Retiring to avoid punishment RTAP) will result in a blacklist.
When on staff shift, not roleplaying, staff must be in a marked staff vehicle wearing a marked staff uniform.
Staff in-game must go on duty when a staff request has been done. They may go off duty after 30 minutes after the request has passed.
When kicking someone in-game specify how long you kicked them for. This may range from 30 Minutes to an hour, This also goes for a ban as well, Please state "You are being banned for [reason], You can appeal in our comms server code is albanyrp"
Discord Moderators that are not HR+ may only warn LR staff and community members. They may not warn HR+ for Discord violations.
Anyone with the rank of Junior Moderator is not affected by the promotion cooldown period.
A session vote may not last longer than 45 minutes. There must be one (1) hour between session vote pings. (If a vote lasts 45 minutes it must be deleted and another vote may not start for another 15 minutes for a cumulative hour having passed since the last vote.)
